Does the job
I've been using this product since October and it does the job. I wouldn't say its revolutionary or changed up my skincare in anyway but it's a decent cleanser. I wouldn't say it does much in the way of exfoliating and I appreciate it a 'gentle' exfoliator but I cant say I've noticed any exfoliation. It's got a light and inoffensive scent and has been suitable on my combination skin. Overall decent and if readily available I'd buy again but wouldn't go out of my way.

I was asked to try this product, I have been using it for two weeks. It’s a good cleanser and doesn’t make your face feel tight, I’m unsure about the exfoliating pieces in there as they are too big I feel. I will continue to use the product until it’s gone and then decide if it’s for me or not. I haven’t noticed any changes to my skin by using this product compared to my usual cleanser. No irritation or redness, no tightness and overall it’s a good cleanser.

Liked the look of the packaging definitely the type of product I was pick up as it looks very clinical.
Used the product for two wks. The first time I used it the contents poured out very fast using far more than I needed so maybe a pump action bottle would be better for the product.
The wash lathered up lovely in my hand and when applied to my face felt very gentle and cleansing. But when I washed it off my face felt totally stripped of all its oils and when I dried my face felt really dry. Although it did make my face feel fresh and clean. I nearly stopped using it after the first day I started to come up in small spots under my eyes and on my chin and I very rarely get any spots nowadays. Anyway I continued and after about 4 days they were gone. For my liking it drys my skin out too much and for this reason I would not use this product again.

Can I just say how great this cleanser is?
I bought this niacinamide exfoliating cleanser alongside Q+A's green tea toner and the zinc PCA moisterizer just over a month ago and have been using them every day since (the toner once daily, and the others twice).
My face is typically a combination of dry and oily skin in different areas and finding the right skin care routine has been a life-long search due to my dramatically sensitive skin that often breaks out when using new products. But *finally*, I've found a great combination with Q+A.
I really love that these products are gentle on my sensitive skin and include a lot of natural extracts and ingredients. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling really soft and hydrated and seems to eliminate any patchiness. It's pretty odourless too, which I love. I'm a total convert and rave about it to anyone who will listen! 11/10, I recommend this product.

Great if you don’t mind dish soap
Good cleanser which will leave you feeling fresh and ready for further products.
It has a mild exfoliator and great a good amount of lather, meaning you feel thoroughly clean.
However, the odour is not enticing. For me, it leaves your face smelling like washing up liquid. The smell can linger and makes you eager to grab the next product to mask the dish soap scent.

Great features and nice size tube easy to use
I was given this sample to try and I was amazed at how brilliant it is, it has a light texture and you only need to use a small amount as it bubbles up quite a lot. It is easy to apply to your face and neck area and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and very clean, also it doesn’t make your skin go tight afterwards like some facial washes.

Finally found my daily facewash
I love this product and have been using if for nearly a year now. I always struggle with spots, but this has really helped my blemishes. I have combination skin, with patches of oily areas throughout the day. This has helped my skin look so smooth, its light to use daily and Iv finally found a good, affordable face wash.

As the name implies - gentle and cleansing!
I have been using this in the evening, and morning when I remember/can be bothered, and I feel like my skin feels smoother, and pores and blackheads less visible after use. This cleanser leaves my face feeling fresh and clean, without drying it out, which is an issue I commonly have with other cleansers.
It's very easy to work in and the tube seems like it will last a long time as you don't need much. I personally would prefer slightly more exfoliation - there are some small grains/beads but it could do with a little more in my opinion as I feel like they disappear shortly after application and I don't get the added benefit. Maybe then it would not be considered 'gentle', so I think this is an accurate name. It smells pretty plain/unfragranced, just a little bit of aloe.
I received this product for free to test it out and provide an honest review. As a guy in his late 20s with a semi-oily t-zone and skin that tends to dry out with cleansers, I'd recommend this.
