Fulfilled all my expectations
I love this cleanser, it was exactly what I was looking for! Squeezes out and goes on the face like a cross between a jelly and a balm. As it warms up, it spreads evenly and you just massage into skin. Gentle for using around the eyes, doesn't make them skin and breaks down mascara well - only gripe there is that it’s not fab for waterproof mascara. It does get it off but takes a lot of work, I think because the product isn't oily enough! But I wear it infrequently so I don’t mind. Then a splash of water to emulsify it and really break everything down and remove with a washcloth. Gets everything off but leaves skin soft and fresh, not tight at all. Really impressed.

Love this product!
This is a really beautiful product - a strange consistency to get used to at first, and a little goes a long way. It took me a few weeks to really get on with it but I will be repurchasing from now on. It can feel thick, which is good for full make up days but if you're just using it as a first cleanse then adding it to wet hands before massaging it into the skin will loosen it up just enough. I absolutely love it - one tube lasted around 2.5 months of everyday use - just remember to cut open the tube when you think you are finished! I think I got an extra 3 weeks out of it!

Ren Jelly Oil Cleanser
I received a small sample size of this to try. I double cleanse my face each night and used this as my first cleanse. It was jelly at first, then turned in to an oil, emulsified with water then rinsed off. When I rinsed it off it felt like it had left a layer on my skin, but not in a bad way, it felt like a layer of moisture had been left behind, this was beneficial for my 48 year old skin, but younger more oily skin types might not like it. This was a nice product for a first cleanse and I did really enjoy it, but I don't think I would go on to buy a full size. This is because there are other cleansing balms I simply like more such as Farmacy Green Clean and Clinique Take The Day Off.

Best makeup remover I've tried!
I decided to treat myself as so many people I follow online rave about this stuff, and now I can understand why. I use this as a makeup remover and it's absolutely amazing! It breaks down all makeup like it's nothing (including my waterproof mascara that used to take me forever to remove), you don't need to use loads of it so you won't run out straight away and I love that it changes from a gel to an oil to a milk. I have quite sensitive skin and this has caused me no problems so I absolutely love this stuff!! Will definitely be repurchasing when I run out :)

Amazing smell
I really love the smell, however for me personally it didn’t foam enough for me to feel like I deep cleansed, I’m a REN fan I love a lot of their products especially the evercalm stuff, so I was really excited to try this.
Personally I probably wouldn’t buy it again just because I didn’t feel like my face was clean enough (I always double cleanse) but still felt like it didn’t do it’s magic.

REN Jelly Cleanser
Pleasant texture, scented but not overpowering. It emulsifies a little but not quite as easily as an oil - to feel like the cleanser has been fully removed I remove any remaining product with a cloth. In this way it removes all makeup & feels like it does a good job at removing my mineral sunscreen too. The ingredients list is simple & I haven't experienced any breakouts (I do follow up with a second cleanse step).

An excellent addition to your routine.
An excellent product if you’re looking to include an oil based cleanser into your routine. Goes on smoothly, emulsifies with water well, and when removed skin feels clean but not stripped. I have skin on the sensitive side, and found this cleanser works well for me. I love Ren products and have been using their range for over a year now. Great quality with ethical standards and a fair price.

Not the best
I bought this after Caroline Hirons raved about it, but personally I think it’s very average. It has a strange artificial cherry/almond smell, and you have to work quite hard to get it around your face as the jelly is quite solid. There are much nicer jelly cleansers out there. Glad I tried it but probably won’t buy again. Shame.
