I was expecting more from these actually. I had heard so many good reviews over the years that i thought ok lets give them a go. They are really nicely made not flimsy and nice to be actually black with black replaceable rubber cushions. But thats where it stops for me unfortunately. I couldnt really open them up far enough to get over my eyelashes, maybe my eyes are too big i don't know. What i did manage to curl was ok but not as good as my old superdrug £2 ones. Pretty disappointed all in all and i will pass them on to my sister to see if she has any luck.

Not happy with this product and I am using it correctly. I could of got the same effect with a cheap drugstore curler! I wanted to try the shu uemura bcoz of all the hype and great reviews,but you cant buy spare refill pads, so bcoz shiseido does do refills and the reviews were as good, I ordered it. Iv tried all ways of curling, pumping once, 3 times, 5 times, holding for 'x'amount of seconds.curling bfor and after mascara. Using waterproof mascara for better hold AND STILL MY LASHES JUST FLOP. Now they only work ok when I heat it with my hairdryer first and....waking my house up at 6am blasting the heat out! Uk market should accept returns for beauty products bcoz this item isn't exactly cheap for its pathetic performance!

I have very straight lashes that sometimes point down and these eyelash curlers curl my lashes great! Very happy with them and worth every penny

My Shiseido eyelash curlers came in excellent, brand new condition. Unfortunately they didn't fit my eye shape as well as I thought they might! Of course this has no bad reflection on feelunique.com, although I do wish you sold the Shu Uemua eye lash curlers (which are meant to be very good and to fit more rounded eye shapes!)

Fantastic
Delighted with my purchase; instantly adds a lasting curl to my lashes without a lot of pressure needed. Gives great lift at roots, and a nice, sweeping curl if you also use slightly further up. I have big, round eyes and have found other curlers less comfortable and not as effective-these are fantastic.

This is a high quality product and holds a curl...
This is a high quality product and holds a curl for much longer than my cheaper eyelash curlers. You do have to be careful not to pinch your eyelid since these can nip the skin. I hold for around 10 seconds and tilt the curler towards my eye then aply mascara, these curls last all day.

Worth every penny
Love the shape works perfectly for my eyes, gets close to lash line. Holds curl very well, much better than my previous (quite cheap) lash curler. Can see real difference in quality. Also like the sleek and stylish design.

Amazing curler
I need to replace my Charlotte Tilbury curler as it was discontinued, I did a lot of research and decided on this. It reaches all the lashes and l gives an amazing curl that lasts all day.
