Effective gentle removal
Vichy Purete Thermale Waterproof eye makeup remover really does a good job. It effectively removes waterproof and stubborn eye makeup gently. If the makeup is super stubborn I repeat the application with a new pad until fully removed. It leaves the skin around the eyes soft, smooth and refreshed. Occasionally I have found that if some does get in your eyes it can sting slightly so just wipe over the eye with a pad soaked with water. In short I would recommend this product.

Fantastic product
Best eye make up remover I have found, doesn’t sting my eyes or make them watery and removes make up with minimal effort. Will definitely repurchase.

Didn’t sting my eyes
I found it to be like any other waterproof eye makeup remover at removing my eye makeup. However it did not sting my eyes, which are very sensitive to makeup removers and is usually an issue for me. I also found that it didn’t leave any traces of liquid eyeliner on my lashline which my usual micellar water does.

This one is my favourite.
I used Vichy eye make-up remover for a long time, then it seemed to disappear. I'm so glad to find it again as it's the best of the bi-phase removers I've used. It shifts waterproof mascara and doesn't sting or leave my eyelids dry. Great value for money as well.

Not the worst
Works pretty well but you have to use quite a bit and it’s not the biggest bottle. Not too oily and residue washes away. Do have to hold the cotton wool to your eye for a while before it gets to work. Would buy again if I couldn’t find a better alternative.

Still Working
I started using this a couple of years ago, after it being recommended to me and I love it so much, I'm still using it. It still works as well as it used to then, cleaning away all mascara, including waterproof. Leaves eyes clean and looking refreshed.
