Highly recommended
I have naturally thick and wavy/curly shoulder length hair which tends to lose its curl quite quickly. Since using Be Curly, my hair has more curl definition and keeps its shape longer before the next wash. I use this product after I have have washed and conditioned my hair. Towel dry and then add a blob of Be Curly to the top of the palm of one hand and gently rub palms together, then scrunch into the bottom two thirds of the hair. Dry lightly with a cool hairdryer on low, or I tend to try and let it dry naturally if there is time, giving my hair a "quick scrunch" every now and again to give it a bit more bounce and body. The result is great, natural looking curls.

The Best
I have used this for over 5 years. I have shoulder length highlighted thick loose curls which get curlier as I leave them in between wash days. I use the shampoo and conditioner then scrunch this in on soaking wet hair. No towel drying as it creates frizz. Then I scrunch in 3-4 pumps of the Style Prep and air dry. I recently bought a micro fibre hair wrap so I can use that some days and sleep with wet hair (it works, I tried it last week using an old t shirt!!) . I straightened my hair almost all my life until I decided to embrace my curls after a Greek holiday. I've never used heat on it since. The condition with no heat plus Aveda Be Curly is great even with colour. I will never stop using Be Curly. Please never discontinue

The 'Must Have' for curly hair
This is the 'Must Have' product for curly hair. After washing hair, leave a towel on to soak up excess water - do not comb hair. Dependent on length of hair, work a hazelnut size dollop of curl enhancer into hands, scrunch into wet hair, with your head upside down and then throw that head back (watch out for splashing anyone behind you!). Leave hair to dry naturally. It smells absolutely divine - I have had so many comments about how lovely my hair smells, the healthy shine and the natural curl. It is also great for those with sensitive scalps. I absoltely adore this product and always have a spare - I never want to run out!

Inferior new formula
This used to be my go-to curly hair angel product but it seems they've changed the formula. It's thicker - more like a conditioner - and is nowhere near as good at holding my curls as it used to be. I checked with customer service abs they suggested it was a change in formula. Unfortunately it's not a change for the better. I even bought a second tube in case it was a mistake but I'm sad to say it's just the same. I've given it a good go but I'm afraid it's the end of the road for me and the Curl Enhancer. Really disappointing.

A must for wavy or curly hair
I've been buying Aveda curl enhancer for over a decade now! I have fizzy wavy hair that can get ringlet curly at the ends if left to dry on it's own. This curl cream is amazing, I scrunch it in to wet hair and pin the top bits close to my head to dry straight and I let my hair dry naturally. This gives me lovely set curls at the ends of my hair and straighter hair at my roots (from pinning it when wet and leaving to dry). I find it really defines my curls and encourages wavy bits to actually curl. I think the starch in it just holds it all in place while it dries naturally and you're left with beautiful defined curls with no frizz! I've tried a few curl creams and this is by far the best. Definitely recommend.

Desert Island product
I have very frizzy thick long hair and I only wish I had discovered this product 50 years ago as it would have prevented years of straightening. I apply to my hair when wet and get up and go - simple as that. it is the one product if I thought it was being discontinued, I would buy up all the global stocks. It has transformed my hair, I never ever have a bad hair day anymore come rain or shine!

Perfect curls every time!
The best curly hair product on the market! I have tried many, many curl enhancers in my time and this is most definitely the best. I have naturally curly hair which i fought to straighten for 15 years. Having decided the embrace the curls I tried many creams and it is this one that made me decide to stay a curly girl for good. It leaves me with beautiful, frizz free curls every time. It is light-weight and smells beautiful. It leaves my hair feeling smooth, smelling beautiful and looking healthy. It never leaves it crispy. I would , and have, definitely recommend it to a friend.......and anyone else that will listen!

This works!!
This product is excellent, I have long hair with a slight natural wave. If I use this product on towel dried hair, I end up with beautiful wavy ringlets without having to blow dry my hair. You only need to use a blob the size of a 20 pence piece throughout the mid length of your hair through to the ends. So a little goes a long way. This lasts for ages I have had it for over a year. Hair looks gorgeous and natural it is non sticky but you need to use only a small amount to get the desired effect. When I forget to use this product I really notice the difference. If you nave a slight wave to your hair and want to enhance the curl then this product is the best ever. It doesn't weigh your hair down and I have never had to use a diffuser or curling tongs after I have used it to enhance the curl. I allow my hair to dry naturally. I have had so many comments about my hair since using Aveda products, but I think because this gives me long natural looking waves this is possibly the most useful product to have. It does exactly what it says it does, and it may be more expensive than other brands but they wont ever last as long or give the same effect. You must try this product for soft bouncy curls, and look forward to all the positive feedback from envious friends and your new admirers.

Does aveda be curly enable you to acheive curls on straight hair and how well does it hold .
