the best I have tried ever
I usually use a variety of different creams to help sore and very dry skin, but I tried this and found it to be, straight away, one of the best creams I have ever used.
Other creams can be greasy or sit on the skin with no real feeling of penetration, but this soaks into the skin with no effort and keeps it incredibly soft and supple with no greasy feeling in the slightest.
I have now abandoned most of the other creams and use this, especially on my face, where it has puffed up my skin and sorted out the extreme dryness and ongoing flakiness brilliantly
I cannot recommend it enough and I sit here wishing I can get it in huge bottles

New formula is terrible
I have been buying Aveeno Daily Moisturising Body Lotion in the 200ml tubes for 15 years and never had an issue with it. It was the only product I had come across that soothed and repaired my dry and chapped hands. I was very surprised to find, when purchasing my latest supplies, that the formula had changed and, sadly, not for the better. The smell is terrible; it reminds me of a chip shop. It is less creamy than the original, doesn't improve my dry skin, is less absorbent, and leaves a slight rash on my wrists. Please Messrs Johnson, can we have our old wonderful formula back? I can't stand the thought of spending years trying to find a comparable moisturiser.

Immediate reaction to new formula
I have been using Aveeno moisturiser for nearly ten years and my skin has never once had any sort of sensitivity to it.
As I had ran out, I bought a new container this week and before I looked at anything I immediately knew it smelled different (not near oat-like). I then noticed that my face immediately began to burn. I had to immediately wash it off but I had red splotches all over my face.
I am so disheartened and disappointed as I had spent years trying to find the right moisturiser and had been so happy this past decade. I sincerely hope you bring back the old formula.

I swear by this
Before trying the simple i never had high hop3 just though ok another drug store cream however after using on my skin i was taken by suprise i have some dry patches on my arm and it soften them up the cream went right into my skin withouy with greasy i never use drugstore creams i only use clarins however this is somthing that i would buy again and again i have bought two bottles of aveen skin relife shea butter and the most important thing that i loved about it is when i come home after a long day my skin feels so smooth as if i had just used the cream oh and i bought the shower gel as well but i have still not used it

My skin is more shiny but not greasy
Start with thank you for a proper sample ,not something you sniff and it's gone .I had very dry hands almost looked like a person in there 80's/90 ' s , so tried so many to be left with greasy slippy hands or smelly hands , but not with Aveeno and a little went along way my hands are soft and shiny and almost new .I have already raved about it to family members who are willing to get some, as I shared a little with them so hopefully they in turn will recommend Aveeno love this stuff won't be getting anything else ,and even my partner saw and felt the difference once again thank you for your awesome moisturising cream.

Definitely an everyday staple.
With only the sample sachet to test I chose to focus on much needed areas that were very dry (elbows and knees). After showering each morning, I would apply a small amount of Aveeno to those areas. My intention was to do this every day for a week based on the sachet amount. I was so impressed with the results within a matter of a few days and I'd eventually managed to get 2 weeks out of it. A little really does go a long way. Non- greasy, leaving a velvety feel on the skin and no heavy fragrance interfering with my perfume either. A wonderful lotion that actually works better than expected and doesn't break the bank.

Skin soft indeed, but...
I was really looking foward to get this sample because I had some persistent dry patches on my back I havent been able to erradicate. I used the cream before going to bed and it felt nice, my skin immediately felt softer, but after a while it began to itch quite badly. I don't know if it was an allergic reaction because i didn't have any redness or similar, it was just really itchy, but still very soft... anyway, the itch disappeared during the night but I guess my skin its just not suited for this lotion. I really wanted to like it and I guess it would work wonders for other people with less sensitive skin.

Deep moisturiser for all the family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This moisturising lotion works well and is long lasting. It's a formula that is kind to the skin and unscented which makes it an ideal addition to the bathroom for all family members, regardless of skin type.
I used this mostly on my baby bump, daily after my shower each morning. The lack of scent is a blessing to a pregnant woman who has been suffering with sickness and it created a beautiful moment to start bonding with my unborn baby.
After 4 weeks my skin is noticeably softer and deeply nourished. I am going to carry on using it and hope it helps to minimise the inevitable stretch marks.
