Product is very good but dispensing system is poor
Used this for many years with very good results but recently find can only get these from my usual supplier in 300ml and 500ml pump containers and this is my issue. Whilst they work OK for perhaps half the quantity you then have to unscrew the top and use the pump tube to start getting the cream out and when this becomes impossible you would expect it to be empty but it is not, I have cut several of the 500ml in half now using a bench vice and hack saw and find there is still some 100 to 150ml of cream left inside, so the quantity you think you're buying is misleading. Can the pump action not be improved so it empties fully? If not then should you be charging for the quantity of product that can't be dispensed?

Devastated at formula change.
I used this product for many years and am absolutely devastated at the change in formula.
It used to be a thick creamy product that created a barrier on my skin and protected my skin from environmental allergens. It was the only thing that worked for my sensitive skin and I used it on my face 3x day.
I am absolutely devastated by the formula change. My skin has become red and sore, my eyes have become puffy with this. The thin, weak, bad smelling formula has hurt me and damaged my sensitive skin.
I could literally cry right now as I now no longer have anything safe to use on my skin. Beyond devastating.

Such a brilliant product. At last soft skin!
I tried this product after my sister recommended it and I wasn't disappointed! I have always suffered with dry skin and itchiness. I have used many creams to try and help soften my skin. I find many are perfumed and can irritate my skin making it worse! However I was pleasantly surprised to find that aveeno nourished and kept my skin soft and feeling healthy. The first use I noticed a slight difference in how nice it was to use (soaked in well, non greasy) but after repeated use it noticeably made a long term difference to my skin. I Will definitely be continuing to use aveeno and would recommend it to others.

excellent product
I have had bad ezcema all my life and am 65. This lotion is the only thing I can safely put on my face and leaves it smooth and feeling good. I would not use anything else.
I have now just started using the special cream only available in the US for bad ezcema and although early days,it looks promising and after trying practically all the products recommended without any success,I am feeling more positive.
I would recommend Aveeno products to everyone.

Cannot use this product
I have used the original product for years and was delighted with it. However, Aveeno has changed the formula recently and added BHT. This new formula caused my skin and eyes to become red, sore and itchy after one application. Absolutely not what I expected from Aveeno. There was no warning on the packaging - it just said 'new packaging'. Extremely disappointed in Aveeno and now need to see my Dermatologist to try and find an alternative. Can you revert to the original formula, Aveeno?

I love the free sample of the moisturising lotion. I went on to purchase the hand cream and i noticed a great improvement on my skin. I suffered from very dry sore hands and within weeks of using Aveeno hand cream, my hands are no longer dry, they are not sore my nails have improved, they used to split. my hands are now soft and moisturised. I use it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.
the only complaint I have is that i can't buy a larger sized tube of hand cream.
This is definately the cream for me and I recommend to anyone who is suffering the same as i was.

I swear by this product!
I have had eczema and sensitive skin my whole life and was constantly on the lookout for a product that soothed my skin. This absolutely does that! I have been using this product for 3+ years and have never had a problem and always come back for more. The product smells great and doesn't have a strong perfume scent, it's very gentle and subtle which is just what I wanted. I highly recommend for sensitive (and normal) skin. It's perfect to use for the whole body and it's delicate as a face moisturiser too. I highly recommend!

The answer to dry skin problems
From the first use I immediately noticed a difference to the skin on the back of my handsand lower arms which had become really dry and sore in the last month since the weather hqd become colder. The skin felt softer and definately more hydrated, I'd obviously tried other creams but nothing absorbed as quickly and gave almost instsnt relief. I have been oout and purchased a large bottle of Aveeno for myself and one for my Mum who loves her gardening but was also suffering dry sore skin because of it.
Very easily absorbed, almost instant relief and noticeable difference in the feel and softness of my skin, thank you.
