The Best
Having been a fan of Superfit Makeup which has been discontinued I reluctantly persevered with this foundation through a friends recommendations and I am so glad I did. Even Better is the Best by far. But please try this tip when applying use your fingertips and remember minimal amount gives the best coverage. Forget sponges or makeup brushes the fingertip technique works best with this product. I wear cream chamois (4) and many people have remarked on how healthy I look but I am the fan of the new 'precious posy' powder blush and when you combine the two you will see what I mean! I guarantee you will not be disappointed..go treat yourselves summers here!!

I wouldn't recommend this for oily skin
I bought this because Clinique discontinued Stay-True foundation which I had been using for years. I have oily skin which is prone to breakouts and some redness. I thought that this might help. However, for me the coverage wasn't as I had expected and it wasn't very easy to apply (in comparision to Stay-True). I should probably mention that I use Clinique T-Zone Control too and I always put this on before foundation. After a couple of hours my skin looked like an oil slick and I had to re-apply. This has been put in the ever expanding bag of foundations that don't suit my skin ~ such a waste of money! I wish Clinique would provide samples!

My Everyday Even Better
This is my go to foundation. I love this product. I'm not big on makeup. I have very little time in the morning but this requires little effort for a great look. So light, so effortlessly covers my imperfections and lasts all day. I received so many compliments when I began wearing this. I've recommended it to so many people. I received a sample (which lasted ages) pot to help choose the right shade- I bought two- clove for the summer and spice for the rest of the year. However, spice has been difficult to get hold of. Not even available online. I hope they're not discontinuing this shade. I'd be devastated!

The Only Foundation needed
I have incredibly sensitive skin, this is the ONLY foundation that I can use. I am mixed-race with a gold/yellow undertone and 26 Cashew is pefect for me as the others that I tried give an orange and peach undertone which were so unsuitable for me. Even Better Foundation dries spots that I have, and keeps my skin smooth whilst wearing it. I have a dry oily skin and this foundation gives me a lovely healthy glow and not a sheen neither a matte look. I use for EVERY occasion day and night it never fails, all i need is a thick concealer for my hyperpigmentation as I do not always have time to bake and layer up. Will always buy as I have never recieved a free sample no matter what it says below.

Wonderfully Natural Looking !!
At 47 I got fed up with cloggy, sweaty, false looking foundations so I went to a local stockist who matched my skin tone to a trial pot. Well that was it I was hooked. The foundation looks so natural most people do not realise I am wearing foundation . Goes on lovely and smooth and stays put naturally all day. My skin tone is pale so I use 03 and it just looks great all the time. You only need a small amount and one pack usually lasts me about 3 months. I would recommend this foundation to anyone. I just wish I had discovered it many years ago instead of wasting so much money on many foundations only to try them and be dissapointed with the colour, texture, wear and discarding them to the make up bag never to be used again.

I chose this foundation along with the Even Better Concealer after speaking to an advisor online. This foundation was recommended as the best one to suit my skin concerns so I was really looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, I have found it to be terrible. It settles into every crease and fine line - even ones that I didn't know I had! It was also very drying - particularly near my eyes which made it look very cakey even though I used a very small amount - and had very little staying power. I really wanted to love this foundation but it just wasn't for me.

Really good foundation
I am pleasantly surprised with this foundation. It is very easy to blend and build up to medium coverage. I love natural finish. It looks like second skin. With little bit of primer and translucent setting powder it really lasts all day and it doesn't sink in to my large pores and fine lines. Doesn't dry in my dry areas. I love the feel of it on my face. So much better than some of my other foundations which can make me feel a bit conscious about ageing. I look very even and natural with it on. Very very good.

Surprisingly disappointed ☹️
I use Clinique products as part of my daily skin care routine and absolutely love them. I was looking for a new foundation and the reviews on this product were amazing so I purchased with excitement. I have fairly smooth skin with a couple of large pores on the forehead and a few red patches on my cheeks and nose. The foundation unfortunately struggles to cover any redness and almost immediately becomes quite cakey in patches. It really highlights any dry skin (the foundation appears several shades lighter on a dry patch) and you can't really use more than one layer of foundation otherwise it really sits on your skin. I didn't think it blended well with a brush or beauty blender. Sorry Clinique...

I am the shade Buff in the clinique even better foundation however on the official clinique website it is number 25, while here it is number 16. will there be any difference n the colour? would I be able to return it if it is the wrong colour?
