Great product, but two stopped working & would not twist out
Bought this in Intense Ivy. Great colour that lasts all day and did not irritate my eyes. However, when the time came to twist out more of the product, the mechanism did not seem to work and the product would not come out. I contacted Clinique's customer service; they were excellent and soon replaced the quickliner. However, the replacement had the exact same issue with the twisty mechanism. I have used Quickliner for many years, but it seems that since the smudge tip was added to the back of the pencil, the twist mechanism is likely to fail, making the pencil useless.

Better for older eyes
I am in my 20s and whilst I like this eyeliner, I have a few issues with it! You don't get very much of it in the applicator so it runs out very quickly. Because it is so creamy you use a lot of it in one go, and it is more smudgy than traditional pencil eyeliners (and not always in a good way). It has a beautiful finish and I can see its positives, for example the creaminess would be perfect on older eyes where the skin is more papery and you want an eyeliner which glides on gently. But for me, the creamshaper for eyes is a better eyeliner as it lasts me twice as long and represents better value for money.

Shockingly bad quality
If I could give this eyeliner no starts I would. I don't know what people who gave this 5 stars were actually using. Maybe they don't know what a good quality eyeliner is. This eyeliner is encased in a very cheap and flimsy plastic case. The cap split almost immediately so would fall off and then the crayon itself stopped working because the tip wasn't protected and would rub on the inside of my makeup bag. The twisting mecahnism the stopped working so I couldn't get any more of the crayon tip out. The whole thing has completely fallen apart in less than 2 months. Avoid at all costs. Cheap and nasty rubbish!

Fab!
This eyeliner is by far the best i've used. Goes on so easily and most importantly stays on even after a ten hour night shift. I have got the intense chocolate shade which is far less harsh than black and looks really natural. Will defintely purchase this again when the i run out!

Broken in minutes
I got this as a present, I've only used it once and the top of the liner is stuck in the body and won't come out and it won't twist up any more I'm very disappointed as I was expecting it to work well.

Fantastic!
I honestly didn't know an eyeliner could be so good. I have tried so many brands - liquid and pencil and they are all pretty much the same or similar. This is so different, it almost feels like a gel to apply and once you have it stays put. It is really easy to use and you can have a regular line or smudge it in for a smoky effect. No sharpening and so quick to use. Another regular purchase from me Clinique!

Best eyeliner
My drawer is full of useless eyeliners - pencils, creams, blocks - you name it, I've got it. And they are all rubbish! They are either too hard and drag on my elderly skin, or the line disappears after about 3 hours, or it cannot be smudged to soften, and looks too harsh. This goes on like a dream, is smudgable and stays on for the whole day.

Fab, fab, Fab
I've used the Aubergine shade every since it first came out, and I love it. It goes on smoothly, stays put and makes my sorry little eyelashes look like they have this bountiful base. The Aubergine shade is a perfect mix of warm purple and brown.
