New formula, same name, poor results
Such a a shame that Kiehl chose to change ingredients in what it was a perfect, light but very efficient moisturiser which indeed reduced the appearance of fine lines and kept the skin looking fresh and dewy all day.
Perhaps replacing with cheaper ingredients? If it is an ‘improved’ formula, why not create a completely different product for a different skin concern instead of ruining a good product that many used for years.
I shall not be buying this again and will look for a replacement. As you can see, most of the positive reviews are part of a promotion!
That says is all. Real shame -and does it mean that since you are owned by L’Oréal, now your ethos has changed too?

The king of all Age Correcting creams
I have tried lots of ‘age correcting’ creams but this is a true winner in my eyes. I have been using this product for nearly two weeks now and I have to say I can really see a difference in my skin. It definitely feels a lot firmer and the overall texture has significantly improved. A new favourite of mine within the Kiehl’s family!

From Crem de la mer to this - best decision ever made
My husband is a die hard Kiels fan and has for years tried to get me to convert. I so wish I had listened sooner. I was using expensive creams but my skin was always feeling dry and lacking something substantial.Even after drinking lots of water daily. After listening to my moaning about my skin he brought me home a sample of the Super multi corrective Cream along with a load of other goodies from Kiels. I have never looked back. From the moment I put the cream to my skin I could feel a difference. My foundation used to flake previously when applied over other moisturisers, i have never expereinced that issue since using Kiels. I am on my second pot now and people have commented on how I look younger and that also comes from feeling confident about my skincare. I have now fully converted over to Kiels so can nab some of my husbands products when I run out. I am in my mid 40's so you can imagine the dilemmas I face with my skin - all resolved thanks to Kiels:)

C ldn't manage without it now - have spent years looking for a moisturiser that deals with those horrible mouth & neck lines. This is the first one that works - well it probably doesn't do a botox job but significantly reduces the overall appearance of the lines. ll It's also such a fine cream to use - it spreads a long way & sinks in so beautifully.
So thank you Kiehls, for your years of valuable research just bringing it all together for us!

Magic Cream
This is my new magic cream! After trying the sample I had to go out and purchase the jar I was so impressed. The overall appearance in my skin has improved greatly and I feel a lot more confident going out with less make up on. Finally a cream I can really rely on.

Why did they change the formula?
I absolutely loved the original formula. Applied so smoothly, felt nourishing, hydrated my skin and never left it greasy. I was so disappointed when I opened the new jar (which I had splashed out on the larger jar for the first time) and was taken aback at the colour and the smell. Why have they changed such a winning formula? I’ve seen many reviews saying the same and I’m very disappointed it wasn’t made more clear that this wasn’t the same cream that we know and love. it’s much thicker and yet doesn’t feel moisturising, just like a greasy layer. I will try to continue to use it as I spent so much money but sadly I think I will have to look for a new favourite night cream.

Prefer new formula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a pot of the new formula to test. I found this formula suited my combination skin much better and absorbed more readily than the original formula. I’m not sure whether it might be a little rich as a make up prep, but was really nice at night and on days when skin felt a little parched. Didn’t break me out (many products do as I have sensitive skin) and I noticed my skintone was more even towards the end of the pot and had a lovely bright look to it without being greasy. I used morning and night and it lasted well over 2 months, which I felt would be good value. Would buy.

A Fabulous skin cream.
This cream is wonderful. You dont need to use a lot, it is easy to apply, covers well and makes my skin feel so smooth and soft. Visible results within weeks. I would definatly buy again.
