I wouldn't expect miracles with my hair growth as I suffer from both hypothyroidism and PCOS which contributes towards my hair thinning from the front of my scalp. It feels nice and tingly when massaged in and my scalp feels fresh straight away. I'm using 3 other products in the Nioxin range and I'm yet to see any magnificent changes but having said that, I've noticed baby hairs coming through so at least a step in the right direction. With continued use I should see results but my mind is open to the fact that I may never see drastic changes with my conditions. Time will tell.
