A good vitamin C solution.
I wanted a stable L-ascorbic acid and this powder to mix in your moisturizer for example is a good solution. Best applied in the morning before your sunscreen.

Works, but be careful not to use too much!
This product is not for the skincare beginner. If you use too much (one whole scoop), you can end up with acid burns, which is what happened to me. My skin recovered very quickly, but now I'm very careful to use the tiniest amount. Another minus is the weird smell that develops when it comes into contact with the skin. Otherwise, this powder is a great and inexpensive option for adding vitamin C to your skincare routine.

Highly recommend
I have struggled with acne since having to wear masks. This has helped to prevent new spots and to fade marks left by old ones. Best used with ferulic acid as recommended by the ordinary. Can feel a bit gritty to apply sometimes but fine as long as it's mixed in properly and definitely worth it

Amazing product
I bought this powder to brighten my dark spots, I mix it with azelaic acid cream and it works wonders! People started complimenting me about my glowing complexion after only 3 days of use! Highly recommend, great quality for an affordable price!

Good quality budget vitamin c
Takes a few weeks for your skin to adjust to and to find the right combination to mix with that suits BUT there's definitely been a noticeable difference in texture and tone.

can I mix this with my DHC Coenzyme Q10 moisture gel in AM and Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F in PM. I have Granactive Retinoid 2% in Squalane and Lactic Acid 5% + HA. Please advice which I can use and when with Buffet copper peptide

For products that aren’t from The Ordinary unfortunately we won’t be able to advise on whether it’s safe to mix their Q10 moisturiser with any of their products as they haven’t been tested for this.
We would also recommend the below options for you:
AM:
Buffet + Copper Peptides
Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate 20% *if desired*
PM 1:
Buffet * copper peptides
Granactive Retinoid 2% in Squalane
Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate 20%
PM 2:
Lactic acid 5%
Granactive Retinoid 2% in Squalane
Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate

What "other treatments" can this product be mixed with?
Hi there,
The Ordinary 100% L-Ascorbic Acid Powder, it can be mixed with most water-based serums or moisturisers from The Ordinary. The ones the customer should definitely avoid would be the following:
Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%
Buffet
Buffet + Copper Peptides 1%
Matrixyl 10% + HA
Argireline Solution 10%
We would also advise against mixing it with any of our direct acids or retinoid products unless your skin is super hyper non-sensitive!
The Ordinary highly recommend the Natural Moisturising Factors + HA or the Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. They could also use an oil, although the powder will not dissolve in oil and so therefore may feel slightly gritty!
