Consistent Performer
As a recently reluctant member of the 40's, there is one thing i am very grateful to have found 10 years ago that helps maintain atleast the look and health of a pre-40 year old. I find Kiehls consistently excellent, and this eye serum has been a 'first on the team sheet' when it comes to my facial routine. It's not a 5 star because i have found a change to the mechanism meaning it is harder to manage the pumping technique to minimise waste and stick to the advised 'grain of rice' sized application!

Did not do what I hoped
About two months into lockdown and the stress that accompanied it, I discovered the sudden appearance of a new wrinkle under each eye. Panicked, I researched different eye creams and decided to order this one, having been pleased with the samples I've had in the past. I also have really, really dark circles under my eyes that I've never been able to cover up, so I thought if the serum could help with that as well it would be a success. Sadly, it didn't help much with either issue. I think my dark circles lightened up a bit; but the wrinkles were only slightly less visible on days when I'd had a really good night's sleep, so I'm not sure the serum can take credit for that. I have to echo other viewers that the bottle is just not practical – even with the "half-pump" method I often had much more eye serum than I needed. It lasted about 9 months with me using it only once a day.

Best ever
Best ever eye serum I’ve ever used and trust me I’ve tried hundreds ..
Try to go without and my kids mentioned my eyes had aged. So drove an hour to get some that day from the Nottingham store .
I’d not be without it . Makes such a difference . Plus light and gentle without dragging the delicate skin area

Not great
I've been using this product for the past few weeks and all i can see is a bit of shimmer under the eye, but that is just the reflection of the added minerals (kind of like glitter)
Tried to contact customer services to return the product but nobody is answering my email or chat

Left my eyes itchy
I had a sample of this to try and it left my eyes very itchy, puffy and teary. I don’t normally have sensitive skin and love all the other kiehls products I’ve had but I just didn’t get on well with this. I’ve heard so many good reviews about it so definitely works well for some

My eye bags doubled in size
I have tried sample of this which worked really well so I purchased 30g. But the one I bought worked the opposite. It made my eye bags double in size. My eye bags looked really puffy after using it and when I wake up. I prefer the avocado eye cream to this one. I love Kiehls products apart from this one. I have wasted my money,(
