Rated 4 out of 5 by from Portobello - Soft Matte Beautiful neutral colour, the perfect blend of grey and smokey brown with hints of lilac which will suit any colouring. Smooths on very well, can be built up for a deeper colour. But Clinique, when we are paying £16 for this eyeshadow, why do you insist on providing those awful cheap foam applicators?? What happened to the brushes which give a professional application and a provide a classy look to the product? I don't need a mirror in the lid, I need a proper brush applicator to make this eyeshadow look it's best! PS. I did NOT receive a free trial of this product. Clinique, please correct this website problem!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sugar Sugar discontinued... I have used 'Sugar Sugar' for many years, I went to re-purchase and was advised that it had been discontinued. The lady on the counter told me that 'Sugar Cane' has replaced it and it's very similar. It is not! This new eye shadow has sparkle whereas 'Sugar Sugar' was a subtle white. Also I find applying this new version difficult, I end up with sparkly flakes under my eyes. Not impressed at all. A real shame as I have always loved the level of pigment in Clinique shadows but I won't be re-purchasing. Will pass to my eight year old niece who loves a sparkly eye shadow for dress up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nude Rose I absolutely love this eye shadow. I wanted a matte colour as I feel I'm a bit old for the shimmers now. This is perfect, its a subtle shade that goes on easily and looks fabulous with a little quick liner in ebony and High Impact mascara.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it, But it Fell to Pieces Really like this colour, it goes on and stays well. Great base for other nude shades. Would love to have this colour in a soft shimmer for everyday - bit sparkly for work. My only issue is that this particular pack of shadow is incredibly dusty and crumbly. I've been trying to press all the bits back into itself since I've had it, but I daren't open it now - powder everywhere. Such a shame because I've never had an issue with Clinique eyeshadow before. It usually lasts for ages and it's so hard to find exactly what I want in a hypoallergenic eyeshadow.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Portobello eye shadow Very disappointed with colour. In picture of sample shadow it looks much darker and more dense. This looks like the rose one, has no depth and goes on very pale. If I had known this I wouldn't have bought it. Two stars for the smoothness and softness, but the colour is not the colour of the sample picture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! I received an all about shadow palette in pink and lilac shades - not my usual choice of colours but I'm a convert! The raspberry beret colour was such a surprise as it looks so pretty on and I didn't expect to like this at all. Very pigmented and long lasting as described. Feels smooth on the skin and blends really nicely! Will definitely purchase this in other shades! Very impressed! Beats all the other brands I've tried

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely eyeshadows and great value for money! I have bought several of the eyeshadows before and they really are lovely! They go on lovely and smooth and last all day and do not leave crease marks later in the day on your eyelids. The new range of colours are fab can recommend the Lavender out Loud (it's lilac not bright blue as shown on here!) it is so pretty! They are huge palettes so will last ages which means spending the little extra in the beginning for a great product will be worth it in the long run!
