Poor conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not impressed. The conditioner (used alongside the shampoo) was so thin and done nothing for "highlight activating" as suggested on the packaging - even with the lovely, sunny weather we have had. The conditioner was much thinner than my usual brand and I found I therefore had to use more of it to get the desired effect, which in turn meant it didn't last anywhere near as long as my usual supply. I've seen some people have got on really well with it, but it's not for me. Although it does smell lovely if you have money to throw down the drain just because of the smell of the conditioner??

What a surprise!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thankful to receive a sample of Sheer Blonde conditioner but wasn’t really expecting great things from it.
Fantastic news though, I loved it, loved enough to be excited to use the second sample, but not before buying a bottle for myself.
Hair was shiny and lustrous with a real gleam following use. My colour had been on for 2/3 weeks and getting tired, but after one use it perked up enough for my husband to notice. 2 uses it was looking like I’d just left the salon.
The smell was great and it rinsed away without residue being left behind.
Consider me hooked, Sheer Blonde I’m thankful.

Silky bright manes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This John Frieda Sheer Blonde Moisturising Shampoo & Conditioner is what my highlighted hair needed! The shampoo not only gives brightness to hair colour but also makes dull highlights more vibrant and noticeable! The moisturising conditioner makes hair more smoother and silkier and controls frizziness amazingly. It nourishes every strand of hair and the best part is they have got avocado oil which is amazing for hair! The consistency of both shampoo & conditioner is smooth creamy and small goes a long way as you only need little bit amount to get maximum result! I am in love with this product really!

Light but effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner has a light texture that can easily be spread out in a small quantity over long hair, so a little goes a very long way. I left it on for 5 minutes and upon rinsing I noticed it had detangled my fine, damaged hair. It kept my hair silky smooth throughout the day and felt incredible to touch! I would, however, avoid the roots with this conditioner as it weighed down my hair completely, leaving it without any volume. I gave it 4 stars because, after 1 try, it didn't accentuate my bleached highlights, like it claims to do. Maybe with regular use :)

Lovely
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the sheer blonde highlight activating, moisturising conditioner was lovely..
The smell was pleasant, nice and fresh!
I’m quite blonde as it is and had waited about a week to really trial this properly!
Okay- so. I always use a smidge of conditioner first- for the ends of my hair. I then shampoo (sometimes twice) then finally condition all over.
Whilst wet, my hair felt smooth and soft.
After blow drying, my hair was soft and healthy looking.. it did give me a highlight, my already very light blonde hair looked glowing and shiny!
Felt and looked great. :)

Brings out the strands
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the product. Considering that most purple shampoos/conditioners or highlighting products can damage and dry out the hair, it was not the case with this conditioner. After using it my hair was left smoother and really brought out the highlights without making hair dry. I had a couple of people complimenting the hair colour.
I think it really depends on how the hair was treated in the first place and it won't do miracles for everyone's hair, but if you had your lightened not too long ago and want to maintain the fresh look it would to great job.

I can't find this anywhere.
I love this shampoo and conditioner. My hair is so beautiful when I use it. I noticed a few months ago that all the stores in my area have stopped carrying it. I bought all they had. I am now on my last containers of shampoo and conditioner and do not want to run out. I have only found a store that has the shampoo but not the conditioner. In a desperate search, I have ended up on the John Frieda website leaving this review in hopes that he has not discontinued it. My hair will go back to being dull and mousy without it.

good and affordable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found the shampoo similar to other john freida shampoos, nothing wrong with it and a good affordable choice of shampoo. The conditioner encourages you to apply all over the hair which I did, expecting the results to be greasy. However, applying the product so far up my hair was fine, however I feel it did not condition my hair as well as some of the other john freida conditioners (I use the volumising one). Will probably try this more long term in the hopes of seeing the highlight activating results, as the sample sizes are one use only.
